At a recent presentation on faith-integrated leadership, someone asked a question I appreciated more than a polite nod:

"If I'm standing in front of a dying patient - how does relying on a god actually help?"

Life has a way of pulling us into compartments: work here, family there, faith somewhere else. But what if wholeness isn’t about balance at all, but about integration? After a weekend hui and some personal turning points, I’m reflecting on what it really takes to live whole: courage, honesty and the willingness to face our own “frenemy” within.

“You get us.”

That was the feedback that hit me hardest this week — in the best possible way.
