Trust the Process (even when it's hard)
Three conversations this week reminded me of one of the hardest lessons in leadership, parenting and life: trusting the process isn’t passive. It’s active courage. It’s the choice to hold the space instead of rushing to fill it, even when every instinct says “jump in and fix it.”
