Another week of stretching had much to teach me:
Clarity is a massively impactful step in our development
Self-belief emits an energy that reels people in
What you might perceive as simple or normal, others see as genius
Disappointment is often the precursor to something better
Bounty often comes from the most unexpected sources
If you don't put your hand up, you don't get picked
Asking for help is a sign of humility and growth
The biggest lessons in our lives often come wrapped in hurt
Freedom might include the word "free" but it never is
The people with the most insight of your organisation have the same email domain as you
Social cohesion and economic prosperity are two sides of the same coin
It's tempting to be the model migrant who fills the expected gaps rather than the one who brings what's actually needed
When the data shows clear pay gaps for certain demographics despite similar or higher education and capability levels, then we need to be courageous enough to call out the reasons
