A week of celebration, learning and more celebration had much to teach:

  1. There's a difference between simple and being able to simplify things

  2. Information alone does not create transformation

  3. Patience is acting with the conviction that the desired outcome is coming even though there's no sign of it (yet)

  4. Sincerity can only truly be judged from the inside

  5. Sometimes our willingness to do anything communicates a reduced sense of self-worth

  6. When we expend our energy in many directions, we may feel like we're making a big impact but what we're actually doing is (hopefully) making a little impact in many places

  7. When we take offence to something, it provides a great opportunity for introspection

  8. Getting attention for the work you do is very different from seeking attention for the work you do

  9. Remaining balanced is a lot easier when you're holding on to the rope of truth

  10. Seeking peace through violence can only make sense if you're deranged, possessed or enslaved

  11. As perception becomes our reality, incorrect perception becomes our misconceived reality

  12. Our reality and the truth are not always the same thing

  13. When one man assassinates the leader of a sovereign state, he is called a terr0rist; when another does the same thing, he calls himself a saviour

  14. Peace cannot be created, it needs to be found

  15. If the unconscious mind had just one job, it would be to keep us safe

  16. We will only commit to fixing a problem if the benefit of the change outweighs the benefit of keeping the problem
