#Theweekthatwas @ 01/06/2025

A quieter week had several lessons to teach me.

  1. Being less busy can often improve productivity and value-creation

  2. It is during reflective moments where unseen connections are made

  3. You can only feel like you're suffering when you're focusing on yourself

  4. Anger is a slippery slope

  5. Time is a vessel which can never remain empty; we either fill it intentionally (with some form of good) or it will be filled with something bad, unnecessary or, at the very least, wasteful

  6. There's no such thing as randomness; everything has its time and place

  7. If everything comes easy, gratitude decreases while expectation increases

  8. In an on-demand and continuously connected world, it is even more important to unplug and make some off-grid time a priority

  9. Upholding one's integrity might come at a cost; but, in the end, it's always worth it

  10. Throughout history, no evil has ever outlasted goodness

  11. One can be empathetic and firm at the same time

  12. Sadly, honesty has become a valuable currency because of its rarity
