#Theweekthatwas @ 01/06/2025
A quieter week had several lessons to teach me.
Being less busy can often improve productivity and value-creation
It is during reflective moments where unseen connections are made
You can only feel like you're suffering when you're focusing on yourself
Anger is a slippery slope
Time is a vessel which can never remain empty; we either fill it intentionally (with some form of good) or it will be filled with something bad, unnecessary or, at the very least, wasteful
There's no such thing as randomness; everything has its time and place
If everything comes easy, gratitude decreases while expectation increases
In an on-demand and continuously connected world, it is even more important to unplug and make some off-grid time a priority
Upholding one's integrity might come at a cost; but, in the end, it's always worth it
Throughout history, no evil has ever outlasted goodness
One can be empathetic and firm at the same time
Sadly, honesty has become a valuable currency because of its rarity
