  2. Wisdom is accepting that our worldly efforts are simply formalities for what's been bestowed

  3. Grief can serve as kryptonite or fuel - it's a choice

  4. "The most powerful moments in life aren't when someone speaks; it's when someone feels heard" - Amanjot Singh

  5. Be like gentle rain: be beneficial wherever you may land

  6. You don't achieve success through your convenience

  7. Too few of us are asking the hard questions of ourselves

  8. "Sometimes we want first class results with economy class effort" - Caitlin Winch

  9. "If come from inside you, it's always the right one" - Mr Miyagi

  10. The best way to respect your elders, is to become their best testimonial

  11. "Everything that you want to achieve will have a challenge - make peace with it" - Coach Anna

  12. There's no competition for YOU - so just be YOU

  13. Motivation will get you started, discipline is what's going to change your life

  14. The best ideas don't become successful; the best implemented ideas do

  15. "If you treat your fears as a barrier, it will be that; if you treat it as a friend, it can be your guiding light" - Kenny Lee

  16. Fast action isn't just a productivity hack, it's an identity-shaping tool
