In a week of returning to reality, the lessons kept coming:
We live in an age where digital pollution impacts our minds as readily as air pollution impacts our lungs
Although outcomes are mostly not in our control, we still obsess with measuring ourselves against them
In an age of hyper-individualism, the idea of obedience has become a foreign concept as we instead choose to follow (dogmatically) our own feelings
Seeking or accepting help (especially when in a position of leadership) is not a sign of weakness or failure; it's a sign of being human
Discipline, not motivation, is what sets apart amateurs from professionals
Focusing predominantly on doubts and unknowns will eat away at our soul
If we don't commit to improving ourselves every day, we will regress
Putting in 100% effort doesn't mean mistakes won't happen; instead, learning and growth will accelerate
Human beings are not designed to be idle - if we don't choose to fill our time with something useful or productive, we will fill it with waste
The simplest way to break free from procrastination is to take the smallest possible step
